Trade-only perks
Swatch book
All 5 fibres in natural colour + 60 colourways. Free for trade. CHF 50 for retail (refundable on first order).
Priority lead times
Silver and above: 10–14 weeks. Standard: 12–16 weeks.
Custom palette
Gold and above: Pantone-matched colour development with our dye team. Exclusive colourways available.
Volume rebates
Above CHF 100k annual spend, additional rebates are negotiated annually at tier review.

Common questions
How long does approval take?
We review all applications within 5 business days. You will receive a decision by email.
How are tiers assigned?
New applicants start at Bronze. Tier upgrades are reviewed annually, or you can request a review at any time by contacting your trade representative.
Can I order on behalf of a client?
Yes. The trade portal allows you to save and manage multiple client briefs. Your client details are private and never shared.
What are the payment terms for Net 30/60/90?
On receipt of your invoice, payment is due within the stated term via bank transfer to our Swiss account. Details are included on every invoice.
Are trade orders returnable?
Trade orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. All rugs are inspected before dispatch. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
For Platinum tier — how do I get in touch?
Contact us directly at trade@carpetartisan.com with your portfolio and project pipeline. Platinum is by invitation, but we welcome introductions.
