Frequently asked

How long does a bespoke commission take?
Hand-knotted rugs typically take 12 to 16 weeks from approved render to completion. Rush commissions are possible in some cases — discuss your timeline in the brief.
What deposit is required?
We charge 30% at the time of order confirmation, once you have approved the render. The remaining 70% is invoiced on completion, before shipping.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of render revisions are included before production begins. Further changes after loom start may affect the timeline and price.
Can I commission a rug for a client (trade/hospitality)?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, hotel groups, and property developers regularly. Apply for a trade account to access wholesale pricing and project management services.
Do you offer exclusivity on designs?
Yes — for commissions above CHF 30,000, we offer full design exclusivity as standard. For smaller commissions, exclusivity is available for an additional fee.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the render?
We revise until you are. We only proceed to loom once you have signed off the final render. Your deposit is refundable in full if we cannot reach a render you love.
