Our commitment

CarpetArtisan is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our site.

What we have done

• Colour contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text
• Semantic HTML with ARIA labels where applicable
• Keyboard navigable interfaces throughout
• Alt text on all product images
• Resizable text without loss of function

Known limitations

Some elements of our site, including the rug configurator and multi-step forms, may not be fully accessible on all assistive technologies. We are actively working to improve these.
