How It Works From conversation to heirloom in four steps. 01 Consultation A 45-minute video call with our design studio. Bring mood boards, paint chips, Instagram saves — anything that tells us what you're after. No charge, no obligation. 02 Rendering Within 10 business days, we return with a photorealistic digital rendering of your rug in your exact dimensions. Iterate freely — most clients go through 2 to 3 rounds. 03 Sampling We send a physical corner swatch — actual yarns, actual pile height, actual weave — so you can feel the rug before committing. Production begins only after your approval. 04 Weaving Your rug is hand-knotted over the course of three to five months. We share production photos at key milestones.
