Shipping

We ship worldwide. All rugs are carefully rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and packed in a protective tube or crate depending on size.

Switzerland

Flat-rate CHF 150. Delivered within 1 week of balance receipt by our trusted courier. White-glove installation service available for CHF 450 (CH, DE, FR, AT, IT, LI).

Europe & rest of world

International shipping via UPS Worldwide Express or FedEx International Priority. Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery 3–5 business days post-production completion.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare full value on all shipments.

Returns

Because every CarpetArtisan rug is made to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your rug arrives damaged or materially different from the approved render, contact us within 14 days at atelier@carpetartisan.com. We will arrange collection, inspection, and remedy.
